Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We deliver only within mainland France (including Corsica). Orders are prepared in Biscarrosse (Landes) and shipped Monday through Friday via our partner carriers. We do not ship to French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) or internationally.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays are processed starting the next business day.

Delivery Time
Delivery within mainland France takes 3 to 5 business days after shipment. The total time from order to delivery is generally 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Delivery is free for all orders within mainland France, with no minimum purchase required.

Packaging and Damage
Each item is packed using appropriate protective materials. If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier's delivery slip before signing, then contact us within 48 hours, attaching photos of the damage and the packaging. Do not assemble or use a damaged item before contacting us.
